f I have to have something sweet, I love to have chunky peanut butter with a little swirl of honey. Sugar and saturated fat is bad, so be careful, but I’ve lost 15ibs and only 10 ibs away from 120ibs.
I really love kale chips - kale is a “super food”, loaded with iron and calcium…its anywhere from 75 cents to a dollar for a pound. All you have to do is wash and toast the raw kale in the oven. I like putting a bit of garlic and oregano on them…so crispy.
